1.All profits made will go towards women’s aid and wild wanderers cic to fund activities for subgroups and help women with mental health if you’d like to make an extra donation.
2. All children must be accompanied by adults at all times… even in the child activity tents.
3. 16 and 17 year old must be accompanied by an adult over 25
4. No fires/firepits or bbqs
5. Leave no trace festival. Waste disposal is provided.
6. We will have mainly female entertainers but please bare in mind that some security/paramedics/bands/food vendors will be male.
7. Any allergies must be stated to facepainters/food vendors/paramedics
8. There is no electricity provided to camping pitches. Please bring portable chargers with you
9. There is water provided on site from safe outside taps but there will also be an emergency supply of filtered water.
10. All entertainment will be finished at 11pm and no noise pollution allowed after that.
11. Once parked and pitched you must stay onsite unless there is an emergency.
12. There will be toilets provided on each camping pitch and in the main zone but there will be limited showers.
13. Festival ends 12am Sunday and cars can start leaving from 9am with the guidance of security.
14. Ticket prices are for the pitch. Entertainment and activities are all provided for free. (**this is further to protect us for liability**)
15. Please read general T and Cs and agree.
16. Tickets are non refundable unless event is cancelled by organisers
